Instructions for use

Brush your teeth with the toothpaste provided: white and build up, then apply the trays filled with whitening gel to your teeth. The package allows you to carry out a 20-minute whitening treatment twice a day. This allows you to carry out a 10-day whitening treatment, which is the maximum recommended length of the treatment. After whitening, rinse your mouth with the enclosed mouthwash :HA. The next whitening treatment with the Triple Action product can take place not earlier than in 6 months.
