TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The "Refer a Friend Program" provides users with the chance to obtain discounts on future purchases of Natasha cosmetics by referring new customers to the brand. When you share your unique URL (known as the 'Referral Link'), you enter into an agreement with Natasha cosmetics. Users are also required to adhere to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- To take part in the Referral Program, Referrers must first create an online account at www.natashacosmetics.co.uk. Afterward, they can refer friends, family members, or colleagues who have not previously made a purchase from Natasha cosmetics through one of two methods:
a) Enter your friend’s address to refer them to Natasha cosmetics, and an email containing a unique link will be sent to them.
b) Share the referral link by copying it and posting it on social media or sending it through your personal email account. - Every new customer who clicks on your Referral Link will receive a discount code that can be used for a one-time 15% discount on their initial purchase of Natasha cosmetics (referred to as the 'Referral Discount Code'). For each Qualifying Purchase (defined below) made using the Referral Discount Code, you will receive a code offering a 15% discount on your next purchase of Natasha cosmetics at www.natashacosmetics.co.uk (referred to as 'Referral Rewards').
- A 'Qualifying Purchase' is defined as a purchase made by a newly referred customer using the Referral Discount Code on www.natashacosmetics.co.uk. If a newly referred customer makes a purchase using any other link or method, it will not count as a Qualifying Purchase, and you will not earn a Referral Discount.
- Only one Referral Discount can be earned for each referred new customer. Any additional purchases made by a referred new customer will not be considered Qualifying Purchases, and you will not earn a Referral Discount for those purchases.
- Eligibility: To participate in Natasha cosmetics perks' Recommend a Friend Program, Referrers must be at least 18 years old and have an active Natasha cosmetics account. Each referred friend must be new to Natasha cosmetics, meaning they do not already have an active or inactive Natasha cosmetics account and are at least 18 years old.
- Referral Rewards cannot be redeemed anywhere other than at www.natashacosmetics.co.uk, sold, transferred for cash, or applied to prior purchases. All Referral Discount Codes and Referral Rewards are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay the issuance of a Referral Discount Code or Referral Reward for the purpose of investigating and confirming its validity. We may also decline to verify and process any transaction that we, in our sole discretion, consider fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that may pose potential liability on Natasha cosmetics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents.
- Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions: Only individuals are eligible to participate in the Natasha cosmetics perks Recommend a Friend Program. Referral Discount Codes and Referral Rewards earned under the program have no monetary value and are for individual use only. Referral Discounts cannot be attributed to any group, company, or other entity. Referral Discount Codes, Referral Rewards, and your account in the Natasha cosmetics perks Recommend a Friend Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with family, friends, or others. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disallow Referral Discount Codes and Referral Rewards that were issued in error or not legitimately earned.
- Referrers must not promote Referral Rewards in bad faith, including but not limited to the use of devices, programs, robots, frames, or hidden frames.
- Mass distribution of Referral Links is prohibited and considered fraudulent.
- You may not place Referral Links on third-party newsgroups, message boards, blogs, unsolicited email, or other forms of spam, or on coupon-sharing websites.
- Self-referrals, cross-referrals, and fraudulent referrals are not permitted.
- Referrers will not receive compensation for Referral Rewards when they are the ones entering the code.
- Multiple Referral Rewards from the same individual, entity, or IP address may be regarded as fraudulent and will not be compensated.
- Fraudulent activities will lead to a termination of status, and fraudulent conversions will not be compensated.
- Any points, coupons, or discounts obtained fraudulently will be deducted from the Referrer's account.
- Natasha cosmetics has the final say in any disputes regarding Referral Discount Codes, Referral Discounts, Qualifying Purchases, or participation in the Natasha cosmetics perks Recommend a Friend Program.
- You agree that Natasha cosmetics will not be held liable for any modifications or terminations of the program, even if they affect your ability to use previously issued Referral Discount Codes or Referral Rewards.
- In the event of the termination of the Natasha cosmetics Recommend a Friend Program, your Referral Discount Codes and Referral Rewards may be automatically cancelled, and you may not be allowed to redeem them.
- Referral Discounts are void where prohibited by applicable law.
- Natasha Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, changes made will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions.
- Abuse, fraud, or violations of the terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the program.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who earned them.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the referral is actioned correctly and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Referral Rewards must be redeemed within one month from the date of receiving them. If the Referral Rewards code remains unused after this one-month period, it will expire and become invalid.
