Evening Primrose Oil
It consists of 80% unsaturated acids
fatty acids: linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which belong to
group of omega-6 fatty acids. The remaining 20% are palmitic, stearic and oleic acids,
phytosterols, vitamin E, zinc, calcium, magnesium, selenium and numerous amino acids.
Strong acne states are noticeable in people
among others with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hyperinsulinemia and
hyperandrogenism. Evening primrose oil has scientifically proven effects in
relieving polycystic ovary syndrome, which improves the condition
skin.
It can be used in the prevention and
treatment of eczema, seborrheic acne, rosacea, psoriasis, dry skin,
skin allergy. It slows down the aging process of the skin and soothes inflammation.
The lack of GLA acid in the body causes problems with the skin, which becomes dry,
not very elastic, wrinkles, cracks, wounds and fades faster
natural skin resistance. Gamma-linolenic acid supports the lipid barrier
skin and prevents dehydration. It has production-reducing properties
sebum, while moisturizing the skin.
Hemp oil
Consisting of essential unsaturated
fatty acids, e.g. linoleic acid (about 55%), alpha-linolenic acid (about 15%).
In addition, it contains vitamins A, D, E, K and minerals such as calcium, zinc, phosphorus.
Hemp oil has an ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3, so it transforms
omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids into compounds necessary for the body. Similar in composition
is to the sebum secreted by the human skin, which accelerates the processes
regenerative. It reduces and soothes inflammation, and also has an effect
astringent and anti-inflammatory.
Linseed oil
Has a wide spectrum of action on problems
skin, both for minor imperfections and atopic skin. Oil
restores hormonal balance, which is a common cause of acne.
It normalizes the secretion of sebum, which makes the skin less oily, prevents it
scarring.
Black Seed Oil
The most valuable component of oil is thymoquinone, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It helps soothe symptoms of acne, psoriasis, rashes and skin allergies. There is also oil helpful with recurrent acne lesions, persistent blackheads and other skin changes.
