Ground golden flax is the highest quality degreased and ground golden flax seeds - the noblest variety of flax. Flax is one of the oldest cultivated plants - it was cultivated around 3000 BC. in ancient Egypt. Flax is increasingly appreciated due to its high nutritional value: fiber, protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Sante ground golden flax, thanks to grinding and degreasing of the grains, is characterized by excellent digestibility.
