A magnesium preparation with a specially composed composition combining the effects of magnesium, potassium and vitamins - B6 and E. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helps to maintain electrolyte balance, and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system, as well as contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles and in maintaining normal blood pressure. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Ingredients: Potassium bicarbonate; bulking agents: isomalt and microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide; tocopheryl DL-alpha acetate (vitamin E); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); coating (thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose, binder: talc, dye: E171).
The daily portion (4 tables) provides:
vitamin B6 - 4 mg (286% RWS *)
vitamin E - 20 mg (167% RWS *)
magnesium - 200 mg (53% RWS *)
potassium - 300 mg (15% RWS *)

HOW TO USE:
A maximum of 4 tablets a day, drink plenty of water. Taken with a meal.
